Things Change is the simple, yet dense, title to the debut record from Coho--simple to understand, dense in context. The band existed formerly as Midnight Triton and was making music in and around Seattle when their best friend and band mate committed suicide. That same year, frontman, Jeremy McDermott gave birth to his first child. The obvious juxtaposition of life and death set the stage from which Things Change was born. The album is intimate and so full of raw emotion, that you might feel like youre listening in on something you shouldnt.
